No production checkout may rely on these terms until every highlighted placeholder is completed, the final video/media and payment rules are inserted, and a qualified legal reviewer approves the customer-facing text for the markets served.
1. Agreement and eligibility
These terms are intended to form an agreement between the purchaser and Halo Living LLC. Auromise Pet Sympathy Gifts is the brand (“Auromise,” “we,” “us” or “our”).
To place an order, a purchaser must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where they live and must have authority to enter the agreement. The service is not directed to children under 13.
At launch, acceptance should be recorded through an unchecked checkbox that links to the effective Terms, Privacy Notice and Refund Policy. Browsing the site alone should not be described as acceptance of purchase terms.
2. What the service provides
Auromise Pet Sympathy Gifts creates personalized digital remembrance artwork for a purchaser to give to a friend, colleague or family member grieving a pet. The launch catalogue has two products: a Personalized Pet Sympathy Card for $8.90 USD, and a Personalized Pet Sympathy Card + 20-Second Farewell Video for $14.90 USD.
Each product is based on 1–5 pet photos and the personalization details supplied by the purchaser. The card includes a custom pet portrait and gentle remembrance message; the second product includes the card and a 20-second video. No physical item will be shipped.
AI tools may assist the creative process, but the intended service includes human review before delivery. The service provides personalized creative artwork only. It is not veterinary care, mental health treatment, crisis support, grief counseling, a factual account from the pet, mediumship or spiritual communication.
Concept previews on the website are examples of format and tone, not promises that every order will use an identical composition, style or result.
3. Your materials, instructions and permissions
The purchaser is responsible for the accuracy of names, spelling, photos, memories, instructions and contact details supplied. The purchaser confirms that they own the materials or have permission and a lawful basis to provide them for creating and delivering the gift.
Do not submit:
- medical or veterinary records, diagnosis details or a detailed cause of death;
- government identifiers, financial information, passwords or private account details;
- a child’s identifiable image or personal information;
- content that infringes copyright, privacy, publicity or other rights; or
- content that is illegal, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive or intended to harass.
At launch, supported source-photo formats are intended to be JPEG, PNG and WebP. HEIC/HEIF, SVG, archives and executable files are not accepted. Each file is intended to be limited to 10MB, with no more than five photos and 50MB total per intake.
4. Orders, prices, taxes and payment
The current planned prices are $8.90 USD for the Personalized Pet Sympathy Card and $14.90 USD for the Personalized Pet Sympathy Card + 20-Second Farewell Video. Taxes, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout. Secure checkout is not connected in this pre-launch prototype and no payment is currently accepted.
Payment is expected to be processed by Stripe through [FINAL CHECKOUT METHOD PENDING]. Stripe’s own terms and privacy notice apply to its hosted services. We do not intend to receive full payment-card details.
An order is not accepted for production merely because a browser returns from checkout. Payment must be verified server-side, the purchased option must match the trusted payment record, and a secure intake path must be issued. We may reject or cancel an order that cannot be verified, is outside the service scope or presents a safety or rights concern.
5. Intake, production timing and delivery
After verified payment, the purchaser is intended to have 14 calendar days to submit a complete intake. If that access expires, the treatment of the payment and any extension must follow the effective Refund Policy rather than an unpublished operator decision.
Your first version will be delivered within 48 hours after payment is confirmed and all required photos and personalization details have been received. If the submitted material is missing, unusable or damaged, the delivery clock does not start until a complete usable intake is received.
The finished gift will be delivered to the purchaser first using the delivery email address provided for the order. Auromise does not automatically send it to the grieving recipient. The purchaser chooses whether, when and how to share it.
The provisional card recommendation is a portrait 5:7 digital card at 1500 × 2100 px in sRGB, delivered as JPEG or PNG up to 10 MiB and sized for common 5×7-inch personal printing. The provisional video recommendation is a 20-second target, accepted at 19.5–20.5 seconds, in 9:16 portrait at 1080 × 1920 px, 30 fps, MP4/H.264, yuv420p and up to 25 MiB. These are planned specifications subject to Owner approval, production testing and the effective media policy; they do not guarantee every printer, device or messaging platform.
The video is intended to remain understandable without audio through on-screen remembrance text. The launch recommendation does not include voice cloning or simulated pet speech. Audio and music remain off by default unless a commercially licensed music process is approved and documented.
6. Human review and revisions
One complimentary revision round is included with each order. Revision requests must be submitted within two (2) calendar days, calculated as 48 hours from the timestamp shown in the first-delivery email. Once we receive a complete revision request, the revised version will be delivered within 48 hours.
The included revision covers reasonable adjustments based on the original order details and creative direction, including name/date corrections, reasonable tone or short-phrase adjustments and reasonable layout, color or visual details. It does not include a different pet, a replacement photo set, a product-type change, a completely new creative direction, a full remake or an unpurchased addition.
Corrections required because of our error do not use the complimentary revision. Any extra-revision price remains [PENDING OWNER CONFIRMATION AND LEGAL REVIEW] and must be accepted separately before work begins.
The purchaser should review the delivered file promptly and avoid sharing it until names, pronouns, photos and tone are confirmed.
7. AI-assisted and grief-sensitive content
A message written in a pet’s voice is imaginative remembrance content created from the purchaser’s instructions. It is not a statement actually made by the pet and must not be presented as proof of an afterlife, direct communication or a medical or psychological outcome.
AI-assisted outputs can contain visual or wording imperfections. Human review reduces risk but cannot guarantee a perfect likeness, historical accuracy or a particular emotional response. The service will not promise healing, closure, recovery from grief or any health benefit.
We intend to use only providers and settings reviewed for private production. Customer materials will not be used in public examples or public-model training by Auromise without separate, explicit permission. The actual provider contracts and settings must be confirmed in the effective Privacy Notice.
8. Intellectual property and permitted use
The purchaser keeps any rights they already hold in submitted materials. The purchaser grants us a limited license to host, copy, adapt and process those materials only as reasonably needed to create, review, deliver, support and lawfully administer the order.
Subject to full payment and third-party rights, we intend to grant the purchaser a personal, non-exclusive license to download and privately share the approved finished gift. Commercial resale, template extraction, removal of rights notices or use to train another model is not included unless agreed in writing.
Auromise retains rights in its brand, website, reusable layouts, production methods and materials not created specifically from the purchaser’s inputs. The allocation and enforceability of rights in AI-assisted output can vary by jurisdiction; the final ownership/license clause requires legal review.
No customer photo, story or finished gift may be used in public marketing by default. Any public-example permission must be a separate post-delivery opt-in and must not be required to purchase.
9. Cancellations, withdrawal rights and refunds
The intended refund direction is described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy: a refund may be requested before production begins; after production begins, eligibility depends on the circumstances, mandatory consumer rights and the effective written exception policy.
Nothing in these terms excludes a non-waivable consumer right. The United States, European Union and United Kingdom may apply different cancellation, withdrawal and digital-content rules; the European Union and United Kingdom are not treated as one jurisdiction. For an applicable EU or UK route, the future checkout must show this separate, unticked control: “I expressly request that Auromise Pet Sympathy Gifts begin creating my personalized order before the end of any applicable 14-day cancellation period. I understand that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, my right to cancel may be reduced or lost once the personalized service has been fully performed or the digital content has begun to be supplied.” The final implementation must preserve the displayed wording, policy version, timestamp and choice, and must not claim that starting work always removes every withdrawal right.

10. Acceptable use
The website, intake, deliverables and private links may not be used to violate law or another person’s rights; impersonate a person or pet for fraud; send unwanted or harassing content; probe or bypass access controls; upload malware; scrape private links; or resell the service without permission.
Private links are intended for limited personal sharing. The purchaser is responsible for choosing the recipient and messaging channel. If a link is exposed or misdirected, the purchaser should contact us promptly so it can be revoked.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided with the specifications stated at checkout and does not include an implied promise of a particular emotional reaction, uninterrupted private-link availability or compatibility with every device or messaging platform.
Any warranty disclaimer, liability cap, exclusion of consequential loss and force-majeure clause must be tailored to the selected governing law and cannot limit liability or remedies that applicable law does not allow the business to exclude. Those clauses remain [PENDING QUALIFIED LEGAL REVIEW].
12. Governing law, disputes and contact
